Charlotti is a childhood nickname that I go by – in Singlish (Singaporean English) it translates into ‘Fried Bread’. It’s quite apt that my nickname is food-related because I can’t stop thinking about food.
I started this blog in 2010 (where has the time gone?!) but I’ve recently revived it to have a central place for everything that’s coming out of my kitchen these days.
