
We ran out of eggs at home and friends were coming over but I’d wanted to make a last min brownie! Thankfully there are so many recipes online to save the day! And so I made an eggless chocolate cake instead!
Recipe is simple – and you only need 1 bowl and a spatula
Dry Ingredients
100g plain flour
100g caster sugar
35g cocoa powder
8g baking powder
Pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients
225ml milk (soy milk works too)
1 1/4 tbsp/ 17ml vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Add wet ingredients and mix gently with a spatula
4. Pour batter into 5 mini bundts and bake for 30 mins or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
5. Dust with icing sugar to serve
