My go-to morning bev – it’s like a time-release capsule of caffeine. I wish someone would make a matcha version of a Nespresso Machine – what would you call it – Ma(t)chine? 😬
Made this with some souped-up premium Uji Matcha from @matchayasg 💪🏼 – love it!
Recipe for 1
1 tsp Uji matcha powder
1 – 1.5 tsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
100ml milk (warmed)
1. Whisk matcha powder, sugar and hot water in a cup. (I have one of those matcha whisks, but you can try whisking it with a small whisk)
2. Warm milk in the microwave for about 20-30s and froth with a milk frother or just pour the milk over the matcha mixture for an option with out foam or activate your Nespresso Latissima/ Aeroccino to get the warming and foaming done for you
3. Head back to your #wfh desk and sip throughout the day 😊
