So just in case you haven’t heard – Singapore has moved into Phase 2 of easing of restrictions – social gatherings of up to 5 are allowed but I celebrated the start of this in the safety of my home with another matcha cocktail!
Made this with @matchayasg ‘s soft serve tub [SO SO SO SO GOOD] and some milk + maple syrup + soda water + rum – yes, rum! 😬
Recipe
10ml maple syrup
Handful of ice
50ml milk
50ml soda water
30ml rum
1 scoop of matcha ice cream
1. Place maple syrup at the base on a glass
2. Add ice
3. Pour milk, soda water and rum over ice. Stir to combine
4. Scoop matcha ice cream into glass
5. Serve with a straw and spoon
