Here’s a toast to all the parents prepping kids for school this week, you all did it and you can do it! 💪🏼 Took advantage of an alcohol sale on Shopee and got hold of some Moscato. The matcha and moscato came together really well – with some vegetal notes, it was almost wheat-grass like!

Recipe
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp matcha powder
30ml hot water
Ice cubes
1 small lime
Moscato (chilled)

1. Place maple syrup in a glass.
2. Mix matcha powder and hot water to make a paste.
3. Pour over maple syrup.
4. Place ice cubes in the glass.
5. Slice the lime in half and squeeze juice of half over ice.
6. Pour moscato over ice and fill to the brim.
7. Use remaining lime as garnish.
8. Stir and enjoy!
