Happy Hump Day y’all! This is my new favourite way to have a drink – put fruit and rum in a blender and blitz! The options are endless – and there’s a whole Packham Pear in there guys! Health and happiness in a glass I say!
Recipe
1 Packham pear
40-50ml rum
15ml honey/ maple syrup
handful of ice
1. Cut pear into sections leaving a slice from the middle.
2. Place all ingredients into a blender.
3. Blitz until smooth.
4. Pour into a glass and sip, sip, sip!
