Miss having this drink at a kopitiam and I remembered having a upgraded version of it at Marmalade Toast many years back and decided to recreate it.

Recipe

1 glass of English Breakfast Tea
2 tsp sugar
2 slices of lemon
Ice cubes

1. Add sugar to tea and stir to dissolve
2. Place tea and 1 slice of lemon in a blender
3. Blend for 3-4 short blitzes
4. Fill glass with ice cubes and pour lemon tea over
5. Use remaining lemon slice as garnish.
