How’s your week been so far? I thought I’d make a toast to the end of the week with a distant cousin of Champagne – Moscato mixed with Soda Water and some strawberry cubes.

This drink was easy to make: Just mix 1 part of soda or sparkling water to 2 parts of Moscato and add cubes of strawberry or any other fruit that you like. Best enjoyed at sunset in the middle or at the end of a work week!
