Suddenly had a craving the other day for a savoury coffee and vaguely remembered having a seaweed one before. @nicholasbryanli to the rescue with a Nespresso Nori Cappuccino recipe from his coffee recipe trove!

Recipe for 1

1 Nespresso capsule
85ml milk
1 tsp maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
Nori seaweed strips

1. Place maple syrup at the base of a coffee cup.
2. Extract an espresso shot from Nespresso capsule and top with warmed/ frothed milk.
3. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
4. Garnish with nori seaweed strips.
5. Stir and enjoy!
