Inspired by @starbuckssg’s Oolong Matcha Royale – I decided to make an earl grey version but I couldn’t get the milk to be completely separate from the matcha – food stylist trick perhaps?
Make earl grey jelly overnight – mix 2-3 tsp Gelatin + a cup of hot earl grey tea. Refrigerate.
Make matcha paste with 1:1 ratio of matcha powder and hot water. Pour into glass. Add syrup to taste.
Add ice cubes. Pour milk over ice and top off with earl grey jelly.
