i would like to ask how do you insert a ” continue reading” plugin to your posts? or is it automatic when the post is too long???

hi there there is a icon/button on the edit post page that has a dotted line across 2 white bars ( these represent pages). go to the part where you want to get the page break/ continue reading section and click on the icon and voila!
